We have been going to John since before he and Katie opened Reeves Automotive. John has always been informative, honest, and knowledgeable. I started taking fleet vehicles to him 10 years ago and was so impressed that I started taking my personal cars there. Very courteous and helpful with transportation to and from my car rental place while the car was being repaired. I had 4 brakes and shocks replaced due to extensive rust from years of snow and salt when living in another state. The estimate is accurate with no surprises. All parts and labor costs are detailed before you agree to proceed. Workmanship appears good. The car has been working well after. Overall very satisfied with the experience.
