We have been going to John since before he and Katie opened Reeves Automotive. John has always been informative, honest, and knowledgeable. I started taking fleet vehicles to him 10 years ago and was so impressed that I started taking my personal cars there. From complicated engine issues to basic maintenance, John has always explained his rationale for diagnostics and solutions. For those of us who don’t know much about cars, an honest and reliable mechanic is rare and invaluable. They are extremely communicative throughout the process, they often overdeliver on expectations, and they stand behind their work. Our cars have always been in excellent running condition, even our 17-year-old SUV! I also take brand new cars there over going to the dealer because of the superior service. Reeves Automotive is everything you could wish for from your neighborhood mechanic and will remind you of a quality of service from a simpler time - when there was trust, accountability, and authentic care for your customers.
