John and his group are a breath of fresh air in a business that often disappoints the customer! I am so impressed with the level of service and professionalism that I received from Reeves Auto Repair. Everything was done in a timely fashion and costs were clearly stated up front. The work I had done on my Avalon carried some risks. John made sure I understood the possible down sides to doing the work, so there were absolutely no surprises. This is the way business should be done!! I wish more people had this same mindset. Well done!
