I generally dread taking my kids to an auto repair shop. The waiting room is generally dirty and there may be some magazines but little else. But, Reeves did a bunch of things that are pretty rare in my experience.
1) they made an appointment and took care of the job right away
2) friendly and honest work. The tech and Madi working at the front desk walked me through the work and were friendly with my kids.
3) drinks and snacks and matchbox cars for the kids. Bottled coke, water, cookies, chips, and new matchbox cars for the kids to take home. Crazy. Now don’t go hanging out there because I told you about their snacks.
