Am I ever happy that Reeves was the one and only business that responded to my needs in a timely way! I was surprised to find out how difficult it was to even get a return call......until I contacted Reeves!  Within a short amount of time, they provided me with an estimate for a remanufactured engine and scheduled an appointment. John’s customer service and attention far exceeded my expectations. I live in the Bay Area and my son had overheating problems with our truck while he was driving to Cal Poly SLO for college.  After calling 3 other shops, I called Reeve’s Auto Repair.  John listened to the details of the issue and patiently answered my numerous questions.  He was able to quickly see our truck and determine that the problem was a bad radiator and not a blown head gasket as we feared. John’s team did a great job replacing the radiator and he completed an extensive health check on the truck. John is a true, friendly professional who I plan to use if we ever need more automotive work while my son is attending Cal Poly.
