Am I ever happy that Reeves was the one and only business that responded to my needs in a timely way! I was surprised to find out how difficult it was to even get a return call......until I contacted Reeves!  Within a short amount of time, they provided me with an estimate for a remanufactured engine and scheduled an appointment. John, the owner, and Maddy, his office assistant, were both extremely friendly and helpful.  The work was accomplished quickly, economically, on schedule, and without a flaw.  John does great work, is honest and fair, and has my respect.  My experience was so good that Reeves will certainly be my automotive repair business of choice from now on.  I very highly recommend Reeves!!!!

John’s customer service and attention far exceeded my expectations. I live in the Bay Area and my son had overheating problems with our truck while he was driving to Cal Poly SLO for college.  After calling 3 other shops, I called Reeve’s Auto Repair.  John listened to the details of the issue and patiently answered my numerous questions.  He was able to quickly see our truck and determine that the problem was a bad radiator and not a blown head gasket as we feared. John’s team did a great job replacing the radiator and he completed an extensive health check on the truck. John is a true, friendly professional who I plan to use if we ever need more automotive work while my son is attending Cal Poly.

I greatly appreciate having an auto mechanic that I can trust and respect and who gets the job completed when promised. The lobby is really comfortable and well-stocked with snacks (extra bonus) and the owner, John is friendly and professional! Part of the service is that they take photos and provide them to you. This is extremely helpful and they also take the time to describe any issues that your vehicle may have. I’m completely satisfied and have referred friends and family to Reeve’s Auto Repair on numerous occasions.

Very nice and efficient service attendant. I think Nicole. A unique waiting area with interesting things to look at. Some vintage items. The best thing was how quickly they completed the smog test on my two vehicles. Less than half-hour. Very pleased and will definitely be back. Will tell friends of my positive experience.
